If you would like to register for classes with Smithfield Dance Academy, please download and complete the 2 forms below. Once completed, please mail or bring the forms and payment to the studio at 311 Bridge Street, Smithfield. You will get an email confirmation when your registration is received. • A $55 nonrefundable fee ($25 registration fee and $30 recital fee) must accompany your registration form.
• Tuition is $55 a month for the first dance class and $45 a month for each additional class.
For example: If you have one child that takes dance and acrobatics, tuition would be $100 per month. If you have 2 children each taking dance, tuition would be $100 per month. If you have 2 children that each take dance and acrobatics, tuition would be $190 per month.
